Cécile Demailly provided me the white paper
she has written for at&t about business impacts of social networks. It’s excellent, cristal clear and very interesting to read.
I’ve asked her why to speak about “social network” instead of the more generic expressions “social media” or “social tools”. She answering me that they decided to with at&t because targeted people understands better what is it when using “social networking” even when we speak about wikis and blogs.
Will it be the new expression to use for all of our social tools?
