eSangathan is an Indo-European consortium, formed in late 2006, that has worked until the end of 2008 on the issues of senior labor force and the impact of new technologies on their employability.
Kimind was a member of the consortium in charge of technology as a provider of collaborative infrastructure, and management studies on issues of adoption of new usages for its people. Several pilots have been conducted, and several studies have been published identifying and interpreting the results.
